● Monitor the work of each control module, spindle start and stop, servo start and stop, control system start and stop, cooling start and stop, etc., all have corresponding work indicators, which provide effective help for electrical circuit maintenance and fault diagnosis;
It integrates manual control switches such as CNC system key start-stop knob, emergency stop button, manual control knob, button, etc., which can independently control each individual module, which is more convenient for the training and teaching of each module of CNC system.
3. Electrical control module
This module mainly displays the electrical control schematic diagram and wiring diagram of the main electrical control, which must be familiar with and mastered before the training operation, so as to provide good help for fault diagnosis and maintenance, electrical circuit external connection training, CNC electrical control teaching, etc.;
4. Input and output signals
● The input and output control signals from the IO interface of the CNC system are dissected (the signal ports such as limit switch, zero signal switch, overtravel release, cooling control signal output, spindle forward and reverse control signal output, tool magazine control signal output, lubrication signal output and other signal ports are all open), and the IO interface of the typical machine tool CNC system is decomposed into multiple modules, and the teaching and learning are cleverly combined into one;
● The open IO interface is not only convenient for diagnosis and maintenance, but also allows students to get practical training in electrical connection.
5. X, Y, Z axis servo drive module
X, Y, Z axis servo drive control module mainly controls X/Y/Z axis servo motor, the module will be servo drive each port, feedback encoder signal line, power line input/output port, control port and other ports open to the outside world, can effectively control the servo drive, electrical circuit training, electrical fault diagnosis and other functions to achieve better training results.
6. a machine tool body
The machine tool body adopts a pilot brand micro CNC machining center, equipped with a full servo motor, 12 tool magazines, automatic lubrication system, with cooling system, fully enclosed structure (safer), 380 volt voltage (convenient for teaching), small footprint, and real processing operation.
